The goal of the Rozmanita project is to help schools educate diverse groups of children together. In doing so, they are building a cohesive and educated society that is prepared for future challenges. Rozmanita was founded in 2021 with the aim of creating a tangible example of a school that gives all children a chance together and sharing this replicable model with other kindergartens and primary schools.

The primary objective in developing the visual language for Rozmanita was modularity. From the outset, the client made it clear that they would be producing all future content in-house. This presented a unique challenge: we needed to deliver a robust system that remained intuitive and accessible, even for team members without a formal design background.

We began by refining the logo and defining a cohesive color palette for the entire brand. Collaborating with Martin Uhnák, we developed a playful, iconographic visual style centered around stickers and masks constructed from basic geometric shapes.

To ensure brand consistency, we created a comprehensive guide detailing how to create these stickers and where to place them. We specifically optimized these workflows for accessible online tools like Canva, ensuring the system was user-friendly. Finally, we delivered an extensive library of assets including charts, print materials, and social media templates to serve as foundational "stepping stones" for the client’s internal team.
